Conference Registration

Registration at the Conference is required of all attendees. Registration will be processed when payment is received.

IMPORTANT DATES

A designated presenter for each technical paper must be identified, and this individual is required to pay the appropriate registration fee by the Author Registration Deadline  Listener registration is open until 5th December 2024.

If the presenter fails to register by the specified deadline, the paper will be removed from the conference website, excluded from the printed program, unscheduled for presentation at the conference, and will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

The conference registration fees include access to all sessions, luncheons, conference breaks, and conference materials. Registered participants will also receive a certificate of presentation or attendance.

This is a non-residential programme and participants have to make their own arrangements for their accommodation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy : Refund and Cancellation Policy : Requests for refunds will not be honored. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizing committee will fully refund the registration fees. However, the committee cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, such as cancellation or change fees charged by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
