Paper Submission: The full text papers should be submitted by one of the authors of the paper through electronic submission. Submissions by anyone other than one of the authors will not be accepted. The submitting author takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review. If for some technical reason submission through electronic submission is not possible, the author can contact us for support.

Article Types for Submission:All submitted formatted full-text articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

 Terms of Submission: Papers must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are not currently under consideration by another conference. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article's publication has been approved by all the other co-authors. It is also the authors' responsibility to ensure that the articles emanating from a particular institution are submitted with the approval of the necessary institution. It is a condition of submission of a paper that the authors permit editing of the paper for readability. All enquiries concerning the publication of accepted papers should be addressed to conference secretariat at contact us.

 Peer Review Process: All papers are subject to peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of significance and academic excellence.

 Units of Measurement: Units of measurement should be presented simply and concisely using System International (SI) units. A list of non-standard abbreviations should be added in the articles. In general, non-standard abbreviations should be used only when the full term is very long and used often. Each abbreviation should be spelled out and introduced in parentheses the first time it is used in the text.
